For India 🇮🇳

• Orders are shipped within 6–24 hours of being placed.

• Transit time (approximate, depends on location):

  • South India: 1–3 business days

  • North India: 2–5 business days

We use fast, reliable, and safe courier services through multiple logistic partners. While we always aim for timely delivery, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Choice of Logistics Partner

You may choose your preferred courier (Bluedart, Ekart, Delhivery, or Professional Courier) by sending an email to online@alayacotton.com immediately after placing the order (before dispatch).

Heavy Shipments (Above 10 Kg)

• Orders above 10 kg will be shipped via parcel cargo service.

• In some cases, the shipment may be delivered to your doorstep.

• If door-to-door delivery is not available, you will need to collect the parcel from the cargo office.

Shipping Charges & Conditions

• Prepaid & COD Orders:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹599

  • Shipping charge of ₹80 applies for orders below ₹599

• COD Limit:

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹4,999.

  • Orders above this value must be prepaid.

For International Orders 🌍

• Shipping charges are calculated manually and will be shared with you after order placement.

• In some countries, additional fees (VAT, taxes, customs duty, etc.) may apply. These will be collected separately and are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Policies differ from country to country; please review and agree to your country’s import terms before ordering from www.alayacotton.in.

• We cannot commit to a delivery date for international orders.
