      Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Depending on the customer's final destination, the transit time typically ranges from,

      • 2–3 Business days for the South of India*
      • 4-5 days for the north of India.

      We are using fast moving , reliable, timely and safe courier service

      We collaborate with a number of logistical partners. However, we are deliver as soon as possible. However, we do not provide a guarantee.

      However, you have the option of selecting your side logistics partner. Bluedart, Ekart, Delhivery, and Professional Courier are all options.

      How do you choose a logistics partner?

      You can leave a note on the checkout page before placing your order.

      After placing an order, send an email to online@alayacotton.com before the package is shipped.

      More than 10 kg 

    • Only parcel cargo service will be used to book the order. In certain cases, the shipment was delivered to the customer's door. However, freight service door-to-door delivery is not accessible. You must go to the location and pick up the cargo.

      Shipping Charges & Conditions

       Prepaid - order above 499 will be free shipping

      • Cod order - Shipping cost Rs. 80/-
      • Cod Order - Free shipping order above 699/-

      Cod order limit up to 4999 only. For above value prepaid order only available.

      All cod orders are phone-verified before being shipped. If the customer does not respond correctly, the order will be converted to prepaid and shipped. Otherwise, we promptly cancel the order.

      For International Order

      Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the checkout page. Some counties will charge an additional fee for shipment. It will be manually collected. 

      Shipping costs are not included in VAT, taxes, customs duties, or other fees. 

      Some countries charge additional fees (Vat, Taxes, Customs Duty, and so on).

      (As for shipment, each nation has various policies.) The buyer must agree to the terms before placing an order at www.alayacotton.in. 

      We are unable to promise to a delivery date for international orders.
