Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping:
  Customers can cancel their order directly from the order completed screen or by emailing 📧 online@alayacotton.com.

• After Shipping (In Transit):
  Cancellation requests can still be raised by contacting us.

• After Delivery:
   Once the order is delivered, cancellation and refunds are not possible.

Refund Process

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued within 1–4 business days after receiving the returned item.

• COD Orders: Refund will be issued via NEFT transfer within 2–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Customers must share their bank account details to 📧 online@alayacotton.com.

International Orders 🌍

 Order cancellation and refunds are not available for international orders.
